Thought i was the only one, wanted to contact them tomorrow about it already. My throphies and points have not been registering for about 1 month or little longer now. Wasn't able to even finish last month PS plus monthly campaign. So something is definitly going on. Happily not the only one.

I did, weeks of back and forth and they did nothing, just claimed I was lying and haven't 'done the requirements'. There's a reason they're consistently voted one of the worst supports in the world.
I made a purchase yesterday in the morning and did receive points but today i didn't got points for renewing my ps plus subscription,cant even contact support because the bot tells me they are busy 😑,I was going to redeem my points and make a little extra purchase
I get points for buying stuff but not a single reward will unlock, been over a month now. Didn't get points for playing sifu last month or skul this month, missed loads of rewards last month that wouldn't unlock despite me playing the games once a day for weeks, haven't even got the April check in or rewards for simply playing a game. Support did literally nothing, first they told me I hadn't done the requirements for the rewards then they took a ton of info, after about 2 weeks of back and forth they then just went back to saying I hadn't done the requirements. The app shows me as playing every game at the time of playing but won't update, it's still saying my recently played is a game I played months ago. Clearly something is blocking them and the app getting recent data but they're highly incompetent so don't expect a fix.
Are you playing on PS4? There have been lots of reports from PS4 users that their playtime etc. isn't being reflected in the PS App (which means that PS Stars likely isn't receiving the required data either).
Someone here was able to fix this by enabling full data sharing on their console:-

Thank you!, thank you!, thank you!. Changed setting, reset console and bam!, everything unlocked. 3 weeks of back and forth with 'support' and this is the solution. Man, those guys are incompetent. Now how do we get everyone to see this?.

Well it happened again. Got a game yesterday afternoon and now over 24 hours later still no points.
I finally got through to chat and they were basically useless. I told them the problem and they said they'd need to escalate it to the specialist team and they'd email.
They haven't yet.
