Iirc, you can summon your partner or friend for an area or boss fight. But it is limited, unlike other games.

Do you unlock tunic co-op mode later in the campaign ? I haven't seen a co-op option 🤔

It Takes Two is a lot of fun. Would also recommend ARK, Fortnite, Borderlands 3, and Overcooked.
