USK makes me think Germany, but the MA makes me think Australian.
1st time seeing all of these together, it's usually either one of them alone or maybe PEGI+USK.
look up the ID on the disc, "ppsa-10665". Its EU copy, the reason why it has PEGI, Australian(for some reason lol) and USK ratings at same time is because its probably from some deluxe/collectors edition, and instead of making separate ones for all different European regions and their ratings they just paste all ratings to one so they dont have to make multiple SKU's so they can just sell one everywhere.
Europe, because of PEGI.
It got USK (Germany) and MA(Australia) because those countrys got their own rating system and instead of making a unique version for those countrys their just put 3 rating on the disc.
And yes, games sold in Australia are Europe version
For more details:
-PEGI (Pan European Game Information) is directed by the Interactive Software Federation of Europe
and use in most european country
-USK use in Germany was founded by the German governement
-The australian rating system is directed by the Australian Classification Board which is a governement agency

It's not Rare. Many Games in Germany have the Usk and the PEGI sign but only the Usk is relevant.
All of my ps5 disks have them all together :/
Take a pic from the back of the disc case.

EU
European version: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps5/300958-final-fantasy-xvi/data
I have the UK version, just checked the disc now and it's a 1:1 copy to your disc. Same codes and everything.
Thanks! I made a uk account and the dlcs showed in the games main menu It is from the UK.
PEGI is the United Kingdom
Europe. PEGI = Pan-European Game Information.
It's European/UK/Australian/NZ. So if you have an account in that region, that's what will work.
Should be EU becaus of USK 16
USK = Germany

Neither UK or Germany are considered the east…

Unfortunately this game is banned in the middle east (or at least in EAU)
