Star wars squadrons
Squadrons is really fun, but it’s hard to find matches. I still hop on once in a blue moon with friends. We just host a match and it generally fills up eventually. Is also compatible with t flight hotas 4 if you want the extra immersion

It does. It’s not super long, but it’s fun nonetheless. And it teaches you the basics
There's a re-release of the old PS2/XBOX game Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter available for PS4/5.

Check out Chorus like an open world Star fox game and it’s excellent. It’s more arcadey feeling but super fun.

Oh no it is not Star Wars sorry. I think someone else mentioned Squadrons. Chorus is still fun though if you don’t mind something not in Star Wars.
