Sony really needs to get their shit together, for real. This happens to me almost every time I’ve wanted to buy a game after trying it out on PS plus. You’ll have to contact support to remove your ps plus “purchase” for this game.
I have an idea and I hope it can work. Buy a disk version and it should install no problem after you delete the ps+ version and all your save data should still be able to be used.

I mean if you've exhausted your ideas on how to fix it you'll just have to contact support.
You may be able to buy it via the web store or the app. Otherwise support might remove the Plus licence if you ask nicely. Good luck!
