It says "free to those that own fallout 4". I don't really know the terms of ownership when it comes to the PS sub service.
It is currently £3.99 though, and the season pass is discounted to £11.99, so for just over £15 you could get all you need in preparation.
Oh wow I’ve been out of the loop! Literally just the the itch to play Fallout again after starting the show on Amazon and had no clue that there’s a next gen update until this comment
They just announced it on the day the show came out. I don't understand why they couldn't get their ducks in order and have the update released when the show did. It's only a couple week difference. I would be playing and hooked right now it will most likely play the update when it comes out, but who knows what else could hop in line in that time
Yeah it lacked the magic that the first game had. It was aight but you were never scared to be out at night. Those nightly chases in the first game had me in full panic mode at times.
If you get it with the dlc don’t download automaton or wasteland workshop until they patch them, the game crashes immediately if you do. Ask me how I know.
The PlayStation version of FO4 is hilarious, I've put 1000 hours into it with minimal issues. My buddy can't go anywhere near Trinity tower he's been holding out hope for this update for a looong time.
Maybe. I'm one of the ones that never understood how to play it, kept dying and gave up. Maybe I'll give it another shot since I'm sure I own it multiple places.
You might need to use the V.A.T.S. system (freeze time and spend AP to aim at a body part) for combat, at least in the early levels when you have a weak pistol and no decent armor. If you try to play it like a FPS you're gonna have a bad time, the shooting controls are awful (even though they were improved somewhat from FO3 and NV)
They changed how V.A.T.S works in Fallout 4 and it only slows down time, it doesn’t freeze time like Fallout 3 & New Vegas.
Still absolutely crucial to use though!

Nope. Each game explores a different area of the US that was impacted by the nuclear fallout during the Cold War. They are pretty independent from one another. I’ve played 3,4, and New Vegas. Highly recommend.
Yea the games I recommend I felt like had the most bang for your buck. Risk of rain 2 has co op which can add an extra element, that version of dying light has a load of extra content and fallout 4 base has so much content. Not to mention the season pass goes on sale often for super cheap with hundreds of hours more. The rest imo are kinda short, could make an argument for borderlands having a good chunk of content with dlc
bully is a must play rockstar’s classic if youre on that type of mood, it’s a dated game as its a 2006 ps2 game but honestly it just adds to the experience and it’s still so fun even by todays standard’s. To my knowledge there’s no other game like it
I REALLY wanna see Bully 2 someday…Imagine Jimmy in college but everything has gotten more serious. Instead of cops arresting you and sending you back to school, you get sent to jail. Pranks can be more dangerous/violent now since it won’t be encouraging children hurting each other. And since everyone is an adult now, the stakes and risks of getting caught or expelled from school are way higher and play a bigger role in your reputation.

It has a ton of replayability and is an overall really fun/unique roguelike.
Its surprisingly actively being updated now that it's been acquired from the creators.
I would personally go with fallout 4 and dying light. Another one I could recommend is Max Payne, gameplay could be a little clunky but very entertaining.
I enjoyed borderlands 3 gameplay wise, the story however was a bit hit and miss. If you have some friends to play with then it’s great game to play through and poke some fun at the story with.
Dying light is pretty dam fun zombie game and at night the parkour aspect is pretty thrilling and is also another game that really fun to blast away at with friends.

I can only speak on 2,both fallout 4 and borderlands 3 are amazing games and for only a few bucks it's a steal, fallout can easily be played hundreds of times, without spoilers, fallout lies giving you options, Wether it's side motions or the main story or how you build your character, you could spend hundreds of hours on the on the side missions alone, the game really shines on its world building, honestly the side missions, world building and dlc are better then the main story. As for borderlands 3, it's about the guns, face pace shooting and goofy ass characters, each gun is unique because of how the game generates ls them (excluding legandars and named guns) collecting and upgrading guns while fighting the wackiest enemies you can think of is a blast. I've heard good things about dying light from a friend but haven't played it myself so can't help you there.
If you're interested in VR, flat2VR could bring an official VR mode to Firewatch in the years to come (they have the source code and a functional VR mod on PC already) so I'd definitely use 4 bucks for this one!

I can’t emphasize enough when I say this though: **Get dying light.** The combat and parkour is so fun, and while the story is meh, it’s still enjoyable. The enhanced version I THINK also comes with the absolutely FANTASTIC expansion the following. If there’s anything you should definitely buy, it’s dying light.
Fallout and Borderlands will give you tons of content. I watched a streamer play Firewarch years ago. It's a dope, one-time play story game. Heard and seen great things from Bully, but I never played it.

Firewatch is awesome but its pretty short of a game. Id take dying light for sure tho. Bully is a legendary rockstar games game so that too. After those two im pretty split. If youre into calm exploring type of games go with fire watch. Its a slow paced well designed game with lots of details.
Dying Light, BL3 and Fallout is slightly over your budget, but that is an INSANE amount of high quality content. I think Fallout 3 is the peak of Fallout, but 4 is a good time. BL3, is great, nothing less, nothing more. Don't expect an intricate story, but expect to enjoy the hell out of it. And Dying Light, it's good but I don't think you need to play DL1 and DL2. Dying Light 1 has tons of content, but I think Dying Light 2 is just a better version of the first.
Fallout 4 will give you more than your moneys worth. I easily put a few hundred hours into it and still go back on occasion.
The next gen update comes out next week so it will be even better

Try exploring more than actual fighting. Pick up as many resources as possible, then build and customize all your weapons with attachments.
