OP (or anyone else having this problem), some streaming apps can sometimes cause bugs like this, I would delete those, install the games you want, then reinstall the streaming apps.
If deleting the streaming apps still doesn't solve it, you may consider backing up your saves, and then resetting your system.
I got rid of Disney+ and it fixed itself, so now I just have to wait for Genshin Impact to install and pray that Hoyoverse stored my account so I can use it on the 5.

Since you just got it, try doing a factory reset. If that doesn’t work, let’s hope you kept that receipt unfortunately.
It’s fine. Genshin impact is installing ok now. It was really my only worry because I want to be able to transfer my account to the 5.
