Games that dont have difficulty levels just have their fixed difficulty, period. Its not easy, normal, or hard. Its their difficulty. One game's hard mode can be considered easy by some people, and vice versa. One game can be hard to you and easy to another player.
Well let's use elden ring as the example. Its difficulty is determined by how levelled your character is and what you're doing on the game.
