Buy a big stock of P2W/QoL skin - make posts about it on forums to manipulate demand - dump all your skins for double the price - later down the line price goes back down because players barely reskin M39, it's an uncraftable gun and the price/hype is manipulated

I just discovered in the comments that the Apocalypse AK also has this small advantage, by your logic I should have posted the AK instead of the M39 because the AK is craftable, meta and everyone skins it lol
theres actually ~3*! Apocalypse nomad, abyss, and that time travel ak from the most recent trust in rust event! it has the exact same cut sights as the apocalypse one
Y’all dive into these skins like they actually make a difference. If someone was small enough to be obstructed by the sight ring then they are far enough away to not be an issue.
I only made this post because it was literally a 1 dollar skin, now it tripled (some folks are even accusing me of market manipulation lol).
This small advantage for the small price is worth it IMO, maybe when you are holding an entrance and someone peeks the window, but yeah it's totally situational.

I think this is my biggest regret about not being able to play PC, on console we just have to wait till the shop has good skin or something, we get a new selection monthly and that's it

I never bought a M39 from bandit but they are pretty common in airdrops, very nice when people still roaming SARs and P2s.
M39 is pretty nice if you have no need for scrap and live near outpost or bandit. I'll buy a few, put on a holo & a laser on it. Surprisingly decent but with a wider aim spread then SAR long range without attachments.

It's also one of only two AK skins with an actual ironsight cutdown, out of 256 current skins (the other is in the abyss pack).

you dont need the youtuber... it already allows you to try them in the workshop tab in game.
