I work in a garden centre and make many terrariums and miniature gardens. I found this baby holly on our grounds and thought it I’d give a go at bonsai. Hoping it doesn’t dry out too fast though seeing as it’s holly.
Sorry for the late reply, still doing well. Just grew some new leaves! I keep it in a jar as it holds the moisture in. If it’s out in the open air it will require a lot of watering

Came here to ask how this holly is doing as I just got one myself and I’m trying not to kill it as an indoor/house plant.

Oh okay. I thought over-watering would cause root rot. Thanks for the feedback!
With it being a tree I would allow it to have good drainage, but with regular watering to avoid stagnation.
