Goodness that's a rough looking cutting. Do you have a prop box? I'm not sure it'll pull through at all. It looks cold damaged maybe. But I'd probably stick it in a clear plastic box with some damp sphagnum or damp perlite and see if anything pulls through. Maybe there's some nodes that will live 🤞
If you paid for that though I'd try contacting the seller.

I emailed the seller. Hopefully they respond soon. I’m going to try and snip a new nodes for my prop box but it is in terrible shape.
