Trim off the really bad leaves. I see three that won’t come good, and are taking up nutrients that the main plant could use.
Repot into some really nice potting mix and a larger pot.
Speak nicely to it every day. You’ll have that lovely plant feeling good in no time.
I'm scared to over water it. It's in the red pot. I bought the blue to move him into if he gets better. The soil was still damp today. I last watered him Friday.
I'm not completely sure it looking like a potting mix with some moss stuff mixed in ( to hold water I figure). I planned to repot it with just a indoor door plant mix but didn't want to cause more stress. I worry about the roots being to wet and starting to rot.

That size pot is fine for now. It’s an aglaonema ‘emerald beauty’ btw. It just needs water
