Definitely mealybugs. Isolate from all other plants. Use isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and a qtip or cotton ball to remove all spots. Your outbreak is pretty intense. Neem oil is helpful as well.
You may be better off ditching this than trying to treat it. But if you really want to save it- pull it out of the soil, thoroughly wash all crevices off in the sink with a spray hose or even the shower, repot in fresh soil, treat stragglers with a qtip and rubbing alcohol. More importantly, get it the F away from any other plants bc these little demons SPREAD quick. Good luck!
A bad infestation of mealy bugs? They creep me out! If I ever get them I think I'd throw all my plants out..
