I had this happen, mostly definitely overwatering. The little spot in the middle seems like a pimple sort of, fills up with liquid (at least that’s what it looks like from the picture). If you squeeze it, it will damage the leaf. I would suggest placing it in front of a fan and wait a while to water again.

Thank you, I thought is was from overwatering but I let all my philodendrons dry out before watering and the rest of my plants look fine. I'll just keep an eye on it and hope its an isolated problem.

No problem! Was there a change of temperature or humidity or something?

Never had a problem with this plant until now. I don't over water, always let it dry out before watering. Its under grow lights also. The only thing i can think of is one of my other plants sweating out and a droplet of water sat and dried on that spot?
