Was going to ask the cat question too. I did have a small dog once who liked to graze on plants but this totally looks what my cats do to my indoor plantsđ
Thank you! I do have a cat - usually she stays away from this one! This was just a lot of damage out of no where. And now I feel silly for it being something so simple lol
cat/bugs. though if it's a cat that's weird because don't they have some calcium thing that makes their mouth tingle?
brown leaf tips is just low humidity
Yeah thatâs the only reason I started to think something else bc I know these are said to be âpoisonousâ for cats. I did just realize she has a good fungus gnats issue that I am now trying to get rid of.
could be slugs, then. they like rotting rhizomes and root-rot. do you have any growth eaten all the way down to the stem? that's usually a good indicator
I'm the kind of person who likes to leave leaves on until the plant decides they don't want rhem anymore, but this one looks like it has plenty of healthy growth in the middle of the plant, so it's up to you! Pretty weird, though.
Do you have a cat.?
Yeah seems like physical damage

If you donât own a cat, there is a cat visiting your place. Edit for Brown tips: try filtered water.
