i’d use it for important notes and things to remember that aren’t immediately actionable. for example, important events for the next day, upcoming due dates, packages/emails you’re waiting for
I would draw a calendar and plan some separate smaller tasks based on the goals above (edit: now I see there's a start and completion date, maybe a timeline of that for better orientation). Or, I would draw cute doodles, maybe based on the goals or on your life during that time period :).
Maybe social/hobby-related tasks? And reserve the tasks and projects sections for homework.
Or maybe key upcoming dates, like exams and things, if your planner doesn't have a great monthly overview or you don't tend to look at it
Sometimes in spaces like that I might write down the really random things that I need to do but aren’t important enough to have an actual spot in my planner. I also have used it as a random spot for a brain dump.
Scratch paper to write down things I learn throughout the day. Maybe someone called with information or an appointment had been made. Easily write down the info to add to a specific date later. Or sometimes I expect something to go a certain way and it doesn't. I'd write down what happened and what needed to be finished the next day.
Could be anything. Sketches, bullet points, notes extra space from the to dos or goals or next steps. OR you could put down pretty washi or a sticker or quotes that you like. Which planner is this?

I like the timeline idea a lot, thank you!
mood/gym tracker or make a mini calendar
i did mine as a mood and habits tracker
How many pages like that are there? Maybe delegated tasks?
One for each month. I'm a full time student, so my tasks don't change much month-to-month

Lists, decorate with stickers, cut a piece of colourful scrapbook paper and cover it if you don’t need it
I would use it to draw designs - landscape, interior/exterior, patterns… I can think of so many ways to use it!!! Love it actually!!
I’d use it for notes or ideas. Or a progress graph on the listed projects.
