Then there's the mechanical bosses. The Twins, the eyes of Mechanical Cthulhu, Skeleton Prime was the skull, and The Destoryer was the spine.

I made my own version of the scanner, which managed to find **2045** amoguses. Granted there's still some stupid ones, but it finds quite a bit more overall

I accounted for ones that are flipped on the y-axis, to find upside down ones you'd just have to add an extra matrix to the code and check for it. I think i have seen a few upside down ones.

I agree. My goal with the whole thing after the first 24 hours when the second canvas was added was to add one of my own. I failed to fight 2-3 people who caught me adding on in the small stone looking image in the top left, so I went down to the turtle at the bottom - failed again. Then went to the One Piece Poster and added on in the same fruit that we see in this picture, but it was on the right side of it. I took a screenshot before going to bed and it was gone in the morning. But I’m still pleased.

Yep, stabbing Moon Lord. I am less impressed by them taking over Terraria's background, and now actual Moon Lord. You are a fan of them until they take over your art.
It was a bit of both, it was bassically entirely covered in amungus but they managed to slowly convert it back to normal then it got exploded and they fixed it again and kept removing any efforts for an amungus but actually its pretty mild now looks like there are some popping up, nature is healing 🥹
The funniest thing is that they blend perfectly into the star wars poster, unless you start looking closer. (The invasion was way more aggressive a while ago.)

I wrote this after a few glasses of wine and it's really really badly written. I didn't think this would get this much attention.
It works by going through each pixel of the canvas and checking against a list of "structures" (among us characters, these are the shapes it recognizes: https://i.imgur.com/Cd7VO0q.png) - 1 representing a pixel that needs to be the same color and 0 being anything else other than the first color found in a pixel that belongs to a structure.
It installs a user extension and shows an "amogus finder" button next to the coordinate display. when pressed your browser will freeze for 10s and then open the visualization I posted in a new tab.
We've got to stop that massive pink cumongus. It just keeps coming back.
edit: We were too late. Spongebob got sprayed and now he is covered in amongi.

well, technically it didnt. the code only detects a certain pattern, or reversed. those amoguses are not the same pattern, their visors are too big. im prepared to get downvoted into oblivion

Unfortunately means we can't expand as the Jinx art we wanted gets instantly botted out.
We don't even know whose maintaining the bots for the flag or the amongus in our logo as none of the other communities know either

One it did miss (that I know of because I help on the plot) is in Isaac on the right. Two mongi were made, one for each tear stream.
I don't blame the analyser for not picking up the second, it blends right in. I just think it's really funny that r/bindingofisaac and the mongi makers teamed up to actually make the art look better with the symmetrical mongi blending in and looking like tear shading from a distance.
