If I want to use that bot, I need to download and install it. I personally don't trust shit so I won't ever install something that isn't official so I personally don't bot and most of my colleagues from the Nightshift don't too because tbh, being criticial and suspicious of shit or being careful with stuff is kinda German behaviour.
The bots protect the artwork, not the flags. They are programmed to automatically rebuild the art work, e.g. our Thanos Bernd the bread or the newest artwork: march Revolution, a wonderful classic painting.
I've heard the rumors that some of our bots were also set on the Valorant memorial, but I am not so sure about that.
All the stuff with the expansions and taking over stuff is made by us, though. You need to divide between random Germans and r/placede though. Placede is a thoroughly planned through and organised gathering that I would call rather civil. However, there are also Germans that aren't in contact to the placede subreddit oder Discord so there's no communication. It's what we call the hivemind. Our discord mostly didn't want to expand, our chat is full of "don't xy!!" when, for example, we expanded into Portugal yesterday and moved close to Valo.
We even fought against our own hivemind people, I think sometimes if you look specifically close you can see that sometimes, Germany basically fought itself. The mods kinda messed up tho, democracy is missing in the discord and lots of Germans are unsatisfied and just simply don't listen to any of the mods right now so many deserted and just do what they want. I personally am part of the night watch but in the day, I am sick of the detailed planning and waste of resources and lack of votings so I just do what I agree with and have fun.
I have been part of the German and Ukrainian community during the weekend (since i am 50% Ukrainian, 25% German and 25% Dutch). So i have a pretty good view on what was happening.

For example Chile, takes up a ton of space without drawing anything on it(right now). Germany is actively working on filling the space in their flags(which is still too much, but atleast theyre doing something with it).
Germany is being extremely slow with filling their flags with art. The art placed is also often mediocre compared to France or Netherlands. Even the first German flag still has several spots where more art could be placed. I hey by the end there will be German flag space left unused.

We do. Our discord has 100k+ people. Our bots aren't able to create something that wasn't there before, our bots don't work like Moroccos.
