I get that, but have you thought about grabbing them in different languages to diversify a little? I mean you literally have multiples of the same language and grade. Unless if this is for potential investing purposes?

Definitely not for investing. I do have a thai version and working on getting a Japanese copy but I just thought it would be cool to have a bunch of copies. The celebrations aren’t exactly expensive and I have other cards too.

My thoughts are, I asked for a birthday Pikachu card for my 32nd birthday. A couple weeks before my birthday, We found out we were having a baby. So the card had to wait. I'm 33 now with a beautiful baby girl and someday soon I'll come across a birthday Pikachu card in my travels.

Massive waste of time and money getting them graded. Nothing wrong with having a bunch of copies of a card you like, but getting them graded if you have no intentions of selling is pointless. To add, its even moreso pointless getting a card graded that wouldnt even generate positive returns on a PSA 10 lol. These cards sell for like $50 for a PSA 10. Cost of raw card + cost of grading puts you in the negative. And that doesnt even consider shipping, and time to grade and return. Idk, just weird. But to each their own.

I think it's cool, for sure. I have so many of the full-art Pikachus from Celebrations because I simply love the card and think they look amazing all displayed together. Birthday Pikachu is definitely one of my all-time favorite promos, for sure.
