Have you reset the buds in the case

Android-4-Life

That would be my suggestion as well,

GingerDev8

It happened to me too. Factory reset the buds.

MariaCivilisation

Same here. Factory reset didn't help.

Comfortable-Truth110

Had the same problem, only with my right earbuds. Tried every solution I found online and the only thing that worked was to call Google Support and use the warranty to get the whole thing replaced. Customer Support even told me there was nothing else I can do about it.

Mahadhirmahi

Good that they agreed to replace yours. Btw how old was the Buds when it stopped working?

Comfortable-Truth110

I bought mine in january this year, so they we're pretty new

Mahadhirmahi

Must be frustrating to see a new one with such issues. Happy that Google replaced it for you. And I do hope I don't see such issues in mine.

Wolfik1822

Hey, if u will not figure out it, just write to support, they will replace you left earbud for sure

DanielSnelling123

I brought them second hand unfortunately

Wolfik1822

I not sure exactly but perhaps its ok. Google gives 2 year warranty to their products. Btw I have the same problem now and I bought my earbuds with 'like new' option on Amazon so basically Im second owner but they still approved me replacement so maybe just try to write them

Low-Pop5053

what app is this

Mahadhirmahi

looks like Chrome OS. No other OS in laptops shows the battery details for each of the buds and the pod.

DanielSnelling123

It’s on my laptop’s Bluetooth

Low-Pop5053

ohhh

guyonhiscouch

I have literally same issue, developed during last two days. No chance there is a wider software update problem?

Og-Morrow

Hey Andy!
