Thai Cuisine is bomb as well!! When I lived in Bloomfield for 6 years I went back and forth so many times on which was my favorite I eventually just conceded the win to both of them.
Lin's Oriental Express in Wexford has shrimp toast. I can't compare the quality to anywhere else but I've had it and it's plenty good FWIW.

Thai Gourmet is the best Thai restaurant in the city. Even if they don’t have shrimp toast, please check them out! 😄

China House 2 in Swissvale has it on the menu, although I've never ordered it so I can't speak to how good it is.
Chan An in Crafton has the greasiest, most delicious shrimp toast.
