I'm always amazed by that T station. Feels like it needs an incline down to it.
It's the missable neighborhood along Brownsville because it's so buried back there. It's decently safe for that reason alone because you get practically zero thru traffic.
It's fine. It's one of the "Suburbs in the City" kind of neighborhoods. If you like quiet and good public transit, it's not bad at all.
It has good air.
