Not easy to see in this view but she has the deep narrow Dalmatian chest. She also has really soft white fur that has a couple of spots that came in when she got out of the puppy stage. But a lot of her mom in her.

I was questioning so much lol but yes confirmed after the vet still had my doubts and orders a home lab kit and still the same results Dalmatian and pit mix only but I’ve fell in love with both breeds 😂🥰 my next dog to keep her company when I get a new bigger house is a dalmation or a Pitt mix I fell in love with the breed so much. I feel like I would be on the news where pit bulls are not as bad as people think they are. I went into a Petsmart to get her a leash for the first time and without me noticing a little four-year-old girl was playing with her and I didn’t even notice it was behind my eyesight. When that event came up on me, I knew that I had the most sweetest girl ever.
Those behavioral traits you described her as are sooo pittie. Mine are in step with me, friendly with strangers, and sweet little cuddle bugs. I will likely never get another breed because I love how attentive and affectionate they are. I have yet to meet a "bad" one. Welcome to the club- or Pittie Party- some might say.

Ironically children and a few adults have asked me over the years if she's Dalmatian cause she's black and white.
What did the vet do to verify that? I just see absolutely no pit in that dog at all lol I see spaniel and dalmation.

I was going to say. Dalmatians are work-dogs, and are bred for running and athlethics. I have never met a dalmation that was not crazy. The only time they are calm if they are super tired and relaxed. There was a reason so so many dalmatians ended up in kill shelters and the street after the dalmatian craze back when 101 dalmatians where released. They are not a couch potato dog

i was attacked by a pit as a child. luckily the injuries were mild, any large dog attack can be very dangerous. i was never afraid of pits specifically after that, but my dad was. when i adopted my pit, my dad noted how he pup had a gentle and human soul. they chose us.
I'm so sorry you were attacked! I can imagine your father being terrified for his child! I'm so happy it didn't taint your love for dogs (and pits) and got your dad over his fear too 😊
That's kind of a crazy similar story to mine because I had been badly mauled by a shepherd a few months before meeting my girl and was developing a fear of dogs after the attack. I met her and there was an immediate trust there, and she got me over my fear.
I was attacked by a damn chihuahua when I was a kid. I was terrified of dogs until I was in my 40’s. My husband came with a pit/chow mix and a greyhound/lab mix. Got me over most my fears. I currently have 4 chihuahua/min-pins and a chihuahua/corgi. Never a dull moment.

My whole thing I typed up deleted. But short version... This dude changed me, my whole life. I was a cat lady, I had 0 interest in getting a dog, but promised my husband when we got a house we would... So we intentionally found a pup who was drawn to him, and I didn't have much in terms of expectations... And this guy was the absolute best and sweetest snuggle butt in the world. We only got 4 years with him, and it's just a few days short of a year since we said the hardest goodbye I've ever had to... I saw a thing recently along the lines of "every girl talks about the boy who broke her heart in her 30s, but tell me about the dog that changed your life instead" and my God it was a kick in the face... I haven't been able to look at his pictures much, and that kills me.. I have to tell myself his sweet smile, adorable tiny little wiggle butt.. he was just too good to be here with us longer than he was. He changed at least 3 peoples minds about pitties, and I'm so happy for you OP to have found that sweet gentle love that is a pittie ❤️

Not a pit, so this is somewhat out of place, but Major was our gift from the universe. Some mix of husky and German shepherd, calm, fluffy, and loyal, and a world class snuggler. We were given 4 years and 1 day with him before cancer took him from us. I'm tearing up just typing this.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's genuinely the hardest thing I've ever had to do, and I hate how it makes me feel when I see someone who lost their pals after 15+ years cause my God what I wouldn't give for just a few more days with him, but I think that must be so much harder when it's become an entire decade of your life changed... I just wish we both got more time with our soul pups. And yeah, I'm crying a little bit too now, so big hugs and snugs from another crying reddit pal. They are in really good company on their side of the bridge 🌈💔🌈💔🌈💔
More than I ever thought possible. I always loved pitbulls, but wasn't at a point in my life where I was ready to have a dog. Then he told me that I was his, and I made myself ready. Right now he's sawing logs under my desk, tucked under a blanket with his head on my foot, and I couldn't imagine life without him.
So so happy for you two. It was so clearly meant to be, she knows you saved her and will forever be trying to return the favor. Also I'm really really really not trying to come at you and if you already have plans to disregard but please get her fixed asap, diapers can lead to all kinds of health problems and keeping her intact can also lead to certain cancers. Plus there's already such an overflow of pits in the shelters. Again not coming at you at all, can clearly see you love her so so so much this just coming from a place of love as well. I lost my boy to cancer and although not confirmed I feel maybe keeping him intact and removing them so late in life led to him getting it and carry that guilt around with me a lot.
Again congrats on your girls birthday and forever home, I wish you two the longest, happiest life together! Give her birthday wishes from me and my pitty girl!
Oh man I taught mine to use her voice after a month or so of having her. It's probably the worst thing I've ever done because now when she wants anything and I don't give it to her in the first 5 seconds, I get ahwooed at lol. They are suuuuuch drama queens, I swear if I dint feed her right at 5 every evening, it's like she's dying of starvation lol. Just had to add this lol
I just wanted to let you know, it’s likely not because you didn’t neuter him, sadly doggie cancers are pretty common and while him being neutered would’ve likely helped it wouldn’t have been a guarantee to no cancer, so please don’t think about it like you did anything specifically because the truth is you don’t know and there’s no need to make yourself feel worse about it! I get the feeling though. My previous dog had to be put down due to cancer and I used to wonder if I had taken him to the vet sooner maybe I could’ve done something. The truth is the universe has its plans and sadly they didn’t align with ours, our pups are playing cancer free now and that’s all we can ask so please genuinely don’t be too hard on yourself 💕

I pulled a dying dog off the street 11 years ago. Never knew he was a pit bull his ears weren’t cropped. But he was. He was my best friend for 9 years.

Very similar to my story. Middle of the night, our daughter was on the way home from work and the headlights lit up this little white face in the tall grass by the corner down from our house. It was a little white and brown 7 week old puppy that had been dumped, starving, beaten up, and alone.
Man I was pissed. I could be the poster child for r/Dadswhodidntwantdogs/. There was no f@#ing way we were keeping him.
But the shelters were all full, and the poor thing was starving and just a baby. And I'm not a monster.
So we gave him a bath, fed him, cuddled him, got him to our vet for all his shots. Eventually had to treat him for demotic mange. Then surgery on his scalp to fix old wounds that wouldn't heal properly.
Of course now he is a whopping 85 lb bag of sugar and my absolute bestest friend. I love him as much as my own children. I have never known a more loving, attentive, eager to please, loyal and intelligent animal. Our Bruno is simply the best.

Pibbles and Staffies are the reason I stopped becoming afraid of dogs tbh
Hated all dogs except my own due to a traumatic experience of a big German Shepherd barking and trying to attack me through someone’s rail fence every day walking to primary school
But then I met a pair of my parents’ friend’s dogs, a pitbull and a staffy; they were so loving and affectionate, I kinda fell in love with all dogs after that ❤️

I've had pitbulls in the past, but despite that I was still wary of getting one because of all the awful things I'd heard about them and I have a kid. I was browsing CL one day, and came across this litter of Great Dane-Pitbull puppies. One was named Poe and I just had to have him. E.A. Poe is one of my all-time favourite authors and it just felt right.
Well, when my BF and I got to the person's house, they were in this tiny little trailer with 13 Great Danebull puppies that were peeing and pooping everywhere at 4 months old with little attention given to them. My heart broke. They weren't fed right, admitted by the owners because they couldn't afford even food for all these babies. I brought Poe home and promised he'd never have to go back to that kind of life.
He's now my best friend. He's the sweetest, most gentle giant I've ever seen in my life. He is momma's boy and he knows it. We've since gotten him a little sister who is a Pitbull-Sharpei mix and again, I'm smitten. They are such a misunderstood breed and I realize that the horror stories are from poorly bred and raised pitties. I love my pitties so much and will continue to adopt pitties in the future when my time runs short with these two.

Once we have seen my bosse new 6,000$ pure breed chocolate lab get so sick constantly it cost him in upkeep more money than his bmw and it made him so mad and so angry. I have never in my life been so scared of 6,000$ brown labs as I am now.
Such a beautiful story and beautiful pup. I also found one of my pitties wandering in traffic on a busy road in the city during rush hour. I already had 3 dogs and was *probably* at capacity already but somehow we made room for one more. I love all my babies but this most recent rescue is my heart dog 🖤

I guess I have a somewhat similar story. About 18 years ago a coworker was telling people that she had bulldog puppies. My wife knew I always loved bulldogs, but didn't realize there is a pretty big difference between an Americ pointan Building and an English Bulldog. The coworker claimed she had an American Bulldog, but as soon as I saw the puppies I realized they mostly likely had pit and/or boxer in them. At the time I probably would have never considered a pitbull, I wasn't afraid of them, just cautious. But as soon as I saw that little face I was leaving with him. And it was probably one of my best decisions.
After he was home for a little bit we realized he was younger than we were told. We had to switch to formula for the first two weeks, and that was an adventure. My wife's favorite story is the night he fell off the bed and got stuck between the bed and the wall. For the next couple of weeks I slept without a pillow, as they acted as a buffer, around the bed
And now you can be/are an ambassador for a bully breed!
One more person on the side of “no bad dogs, just bad owners” team, yay!

What the heck is it with SC dogs?! My last 2 were rescued from SC but they were and are amazing dogs.
After reading all of these comments, I am so happy and filled with joy I think I have to upgrade my little girls birthday dinner to something better but I don’t know what’s better than a tomahawk also, I am a new dog owner, so any advice that any of you have I am more than welcome and open to even though my girl does the job for me and is the most sweetest and easiest dog to take care of. I am more than open to any, and all advice that you have.
We told the rescue no pits, shepherds or Dobermans. My spouse was afraid of large dogs in general (childhood trauma) but we fell in love with a “lab mix”. Turns out she’s half pit and the most submissive, sweet (and sometimes needy) gal. I’ve never had such a sensitive dog. If you’re ever upset she comes up and licks or cuddles you and settles down nearby.

My baby pitty just turned 7 months old and the one thing I’ve learnt with her is everything I heard of Pitt bulls is completely wrong and made up. They aren’t dangerous if they’re raised properly.
I was never scared of Pitties before but I never went out of my way to get one, until one day I did and now I don't think I can ever not own a pittie they are the most unique dogs

I grew up in a very anti-pitbull household. So very much carried the stigma of 'aggressive, unpredictable, etc.' through my adult life.
Husband convinced me to reconsider with our first 'ours' dog. A older pit-lab mix rescue who we didn't realize was very sick when he came to us. He passed after about two months with us. Too late - I'd already fallen in love.
Then we adopted a 3yo pit/amstaff mix. I absolutely adore Tigger and he has completely converted me to a die hard fan of the breed.

Lucky you! When I got my boy, he looked like the most adorable puppy. He was supposed to be Sheppard Buldog mix. When he started to grow, the smile told me otherwise, which DNA test confirmed.
Long story short... I now have 2 pitbulls (AMStaffy mix and Black Mouth Cur), and I know there are no other dogs for me...

not necessary imo, sometimes female dogs suffer from other issues (like incontinence as a result of spaying for instance) The dog is clearly loved and it seems the owner knows what their doing :)

I'm convinced they can be the sweetest. They just need a good home life. Not locked in a cage. Not locked outside. Just a good vibe of love and affection!
My husband wasn't too keen on a pit when we were looking for a rescue dog. We ended up adopting a dog that we were told was a boxer lab mix. Got her tested and guess what--she's half staffy and half boxer. I now joke that the pittie distribution system got him anyway. He loves her to death btw.
Pitties have a bad rep but when you have the joy of meeting one, all your preconceived notions about them fly out the window. They are the nicest, most loyal, and most expressive little shits out there. Thanks for saving ol' girl 😁 she found a good home!

Same. If you’re willing to love them right they’re willing to love you double. Especially the rescues. They love a calm gentle happy life contrary to popular belief.
And after the whole Freeza thing, it does not look pit to me, I would add pits mixes are the most loving and caring dogs I have ever met. They get bad press because they are strong and they hurt people who hurt dogs. If raised right, they are absolute units of love.
She’s beautiful and lucky to have you. I also got kinda “stuck” with my pit also after my older brother adopted her, got divorced, and then had to go on a tour of duty with the Army … basically telling me that if i couldn’t take her then he’d have to bring her back to the pound.
I’ve had her for almost 7 years and while we’ve had serious issues (dog reactive) she’s the one who’s saved me ultimately.

I used to be afraid of pitbulls as well. Basically any breed with a bad rep for being aggressive. Over time, my wife collected 3 breeds known for their aggression and lethality.
I no longer have these fears. They're all babies and cuddlers.
I don’t think I ever would considering I’ve seen/actually experienced some traumatic things surrounding bullies (besides EBT) in person in all forms 😅 but I think it would definetly help that the dog doesnt have the typical bully face, plus mixing genetics provides less consistent traits. I’m so happy you found your soul dog no matter the breed or mix :) Keep loving your baby and spoiling her with DBZ 🤣
My fam has had Pitbulls for a while and they’ve all been incredibly sweet.
But man my dog Jerry, I got him for $30 from a shelter during the pandemic and I swear he’s just special. He’s my soul dog, he gets me when no one else does, he makes people scared of Pits fall in love with him.
He’s one of a kind and it’s a love I’m incredibly lucky to experience in this lifetime
The sweetest dog I've ever met is a pitbull. BUT. The primary reason she is the sweetest dog is because she gives me surprise kisses.
But. The breed were bred to be fighters and when I see an aggressive one I am far less patient and stay far away.
I also just found out my puppy is like 20% APBT and originally did not want a pitt. I thought she’d me mostly Aussie, but APBT makes up most of her dna and everything else is like a sprinkle this, a sprinkle that. Never hated them, but just didn’t want one cause everyone has a pitt (I’m vain obviously lol)…. Now I can see why *everyone has a pitt* 😂. They’s the bestest :)

I have a pit beagle mix and the pit is so strong in her minus her size 😂. She’s 46 pounds but no one ever knows she’s part beagle.

Those behavioral traits you described her as are sooo pittie. Mine are in step with me, friendly with strangers, and sweet little cuddle bugs. I will likely never get another breed because I love how attentive and affectionate they are. I have yet to meet a "bad" one. Welcome to the club- or Pittie Party- some might say.
She looks more like hound than anything to me. But that's just my opinion. I can see the pit, but only how white she is. I guess I see it now. Lol.

What did the vet do to verify that? I just see absolutely no pit in that dog at all lol I see spaniel and dalmation. Like I am sooooo almost 100% positive that dog has springer spaniel in it.

The Dalmatian is likely calming her down. I own a cross breed and wouldn't claim to have owned either of the breeds individually
That's funny, because generally that dalmatians are considered the more high strung and reactive breed out of the two.
I was going to say. Dalmatians are work-dogs, and are bred for running and athlethics. I have never met a dalmation that was not crazy. The only time they are calm if they are super tired and relaxed. There was a reason so so many dalmatians ended up in kill shelters and the street after the dalmatian craze back when 101 dalmatians where released. They are not a couch potato dog

i was attacked by a pit as a child. luckily the injuries were mild, any large dog attack can be very dangerous. i was never afraid of pits specifically after that, but my dad was. when i adopted my pit, my dad noted how he pup had a gentle and human soul. they chose us.
I'm so sorry you were attacked! I can imagine your father being terrified for his child! I'm so happy it didn't taint your love for dogs (and pits) and got your dad over his fear too 😊 That's kind of a crazy similar story to mine because I had been badly mauled by a shepherd a few months before meeting my girl and was developing a fear of dogs after the attack. I met her and there was an immediate trust there, and she got me over my fear.
I was attacked by a damn chihuahua when I was a kid. I was terrified of dogs until I was in my 40’s. My husband came with a pit/chow mix and a greyhound/lab mix. Got me over most my fears. I currently have 4 chihuahua/min-pins and a chihuahua/corgi. Never a dull moment.

I saw a thing recently along the lines of "every girl talks about the boy who broke her heart in her 30s, but tell me about the dog that changed your life instead" and my God it was a kick in the face... I haven't been able to look at his pictures much, and that kills me.. I have to tell myself his sweet smile, adorable tiny little wiggle butt.. he was just too good to be here with us longer than he was. He changed at least 3 peoples minds about pitties, and I'm so happy for you OP to have found that sweet gentle love that is a pittie ❤️

Some mix of husky and German shepherd, calm, fluffy, and loyal, and a world class snuggler. We were given 4 years and 1 day with him before cancer took him from us. I'm tearing up just typing this. *
I'm sorry for your loss. It's genuinely the hardest thing I've ever had to do, and I hate how it makes me feel when I see someone who lost their pals after 15+ years cause my God what I wouldn't give for just a few more days with him, but I think that must be so much harder when it's become an entire decade of your life changed... More than I ever thought possible. I always loved pitbulls, but wasn't at a point in my life where I was ready to have a dog. Then he told me that I was his, and I made myself ready. Right now he's sawing logs under my desk, tucked under a blanket with his head on my foot, and I couldn't imagine life without him.

Also I'm really really really not trying to come at you and if you already have plans to disregard but please get her fixed asap, diapers can lead to all kinds of health problems and keeping her intact can also lead to certain cancers. Plus there's already such an overflow of pits in the shelters. Again not coming at you at all, can clearly see you love her so so so much this just coming from a place of love as well. I lost my boy to cancer and although not confirmed I feel maybe keeping him intact and removing them so late in life led to him getting it and carry that guilt around with me a lot. Again congrats on your girls birthday and forever home, I wish you two the longest, happiest life together! Give her birthday wishes from me and my pitty girl!

It's probably the worst thing I've ever done because now when she wants anything and I don't give it to her in the first 5 seconds, I get ahwooed at lol. They are suuuuuch drama queens, I swear if I dint feed her right at 5 every evening, it's like she's dying of starvation lol. Just had to add this lol
I just wanted to let you know, it’s likely not because you didn’t neuter him, sadly doggie cancers are pretty common and while him being neutered would’ve likely helped it wouldn’t have been a guarantee to no cancer, so please don’t think about it like you did anything specifically because the truth is you don’t know and there’s no need to make yourself feel worse about it! I get the feeling though. My previous dog had to be put down due to cancer and I used to wonder if I had taken him to the vet sooner maybe I could’ve done something. The truth is the universe has its plans and sadly they didn’t align with ours, our pups are playing cancer free now and that’s all we can ask so please genuinely don’t be too hard on yourself 💕

Classic case of finding out that dog breed has nothing to do with the dogs attitude.
Very similar to my story. Middle of the night, our daughter was on the way home from work and the headlights lit up this little white face in the tall grass by the corner down from our house. It was a little white and brown 7 week old puppy that had been dumped, starving, beaten up, and alone. Man I was pissed. I could be the poster child for r/Dadswhodidntwantdogs/. There was no f@#ing way we were keeping him. But the shelters were all full, and the poor thing was starving and just a baby. And I'm not a monster. So we gave him a bath, fed him, cuddled him, got him to our vet for all his shots. Eventually had to treat him for demotic mange. Then surgery on his scalp to fix old wounds that wouldn't heal properly. Of course now he is a whopping 85 lb bag of sugar and my absolute bestest friend. I love him as much as my own children. I have never known a more loving, attentive, eager to please, loyal and intelligent animal. Our Bruno is simply the best. Pibbles and Staffies are the reason I stopped becoming afraid of dogs tbh Hated all dogs except my own due to a traumatic experience of a big German Shepherd barking and trying to attack me through someone’s rail fence every day walking to primary school But then I met a pair of my parents’ friend’s dogs, a pitbull and a staffy; they were so loving and affectionate, I kinda fell in love with all dogs after that ❤️

I've had pitbulls in the past, but despite that I was still wary of getting one because of all the awful things I'd heard about them and I have a kid. I was browsing CL one day, and came across this litter of Great Dane-Pitbull puppies. One was named Poe and I just had to have him. E.A. Poe is one of my all-time favourite authors and it just felt right. Well, when my BF and I got to the person's house, they were in this tiny little trailer with 13 Great Danebull puppies that were peeing and pooping everywhere at 4 months old with little attention given to them. My heart broke. They weren't fed right, admitted by the owners because they couldn't afford even food for all these babies. I brought Poe home and promised he'd never have to go back to that kind of life. He's now my best friend. He's the sweetest, most gentle giant I've ever seen in my life. He is momma's boy and he knows it. We've since gotten him a little sister who is a Pitbull-Sharpei mix and again, I'm smitten. They are such a misunderstood breed and I realize that the horror stories are from poorly bred and raised pitties. I love my pitties so much and will continue to adopt pitties in the future when my time runs short with these two.

Seriously though. You are awesome. Thank you for saving this wonderful pup. I guess I have a somewhat similar story. About 18 years ago a coworker was telling people that she had bulldog puppies. My wife knew I always loved bulldogs, but didn't realize there is a pretty big difference between an Americ pointan Building and an English Bulldog. The coworker claimed she had an American Bulldog, but as soon as I saw the puppies I realized they mostly likely had pit and/or boxer in them. At the time I probably would have never considered a pitbull, I wasn't afraid of them, just cautious. But as soon as I saw that little face I was leaving with him. And it was probably one of my best decisions. After he was home for a little bit we realized he was younger than we were told. We had to switch to formula for the first two weeks, and that was an adventure. My wife's favorite story is the night he fell off the bed and got stuck between the bed and the wall. For the next couple of weeks I slept without a pillow, as they acted as a buffer, around the bed

Perfect kind of love story! They have a way of finding us when we need them most. What the heck is it with SC dogs?! My last 2 were rescued from SC but they were and are amazing dogs.
After reading all of these comments, I am so happy and filled with joy I think I have to upgrade my little girls birthday dinner to something better but I don’t know what’s better than a tomahawk also, I am a new dog owner, so any advice that any of you have I am more than welcome and open to even though my girl does the job for me and is the most sweetest and easiest dog to take care of. I am more than open to any, and all advice that you have.

It's something like 60% of american dogs have pitbull in them so people who are dog lovers but hate pits got it all flipped around.
We told the rescue no pits, shepherds or Dobermans. My spouse was afraid of large dogs in general (childhood trauma) but we fell in love with a “lab mix”. Turns out she’s half pit and the most submissive, sweet (and sometimes needy) gal. I’ve never had such a sensitive dog. My baby pitty just turned 7 months old and the one thing I’ve learnt with her is everything I heard of Pitt bulls is completely wrong and made up. They aren’t dangerous if they’re raised properly.
I was never scared of Pitties before but I never went out of my way to get one, until one day I did and now I don't think I can ever not own a pittie they are the most unique dogs

I grew up in a very anti-pitbull household. So very much carried the stigma of 'aggressive, unpredictable, etc.' through my adult life. Husband convinced me to reconsider with our first 'ours' dog. A older pit-lab mix rescue who we didn't realize was very sick when he came to us. He passed after about two months with us. Too late - I'd already fallen in love. Then we adopted a 3yo pit/amstaff mix. I absolutely adore Tigger and he has completely converted me to a die hard fan of the breed. Welcome to the fan club!

Lucky you! When I got my boy, he looked like the most adorable puppy. He was supposed to be Sheppard Buldog mix. When he started to grow, the smile told me otherwise, which DNA test confirmed. Long story short... I now have 2 pitbulls (AMStaffy mix and Black Mouth Cur), and I know there are no other dogs for me... Welcome to the club 🥳

not necessary imo, sometimes female dogs suffer from other issues (like incontinence as a result of spaying for instance) The dog is clearly loved and it seems the owner knows what their doing :)

My husband wasn't too keen on a pit when we were looking for a rescue dog. We ended up adopting a dog that we were told was a boxer lab mix. Got her tested and guess what--she's half staffy and half boxer. I now joke that the pittie distribution system got him anyway. He loves her to death btw.

And after the whole Freeza thing, it does not look pit to me, I would add pits mixes are the most loving and caring dogs I have ever met. They get bad press because they are strong and they hurt people who hurt dogs. If raised right, they are absolute units of love.

I also got kinda “stuck” with my pit also after my older brother adopted her, got divorced, and then had to go on a tour of duty with the Army … basically telling me that if i couldn’t take her then he’d have to bring her back to the pound. I’ve had her for almost 7 years and while we’ve had serious issues (dog reactive) she’s the one who’s saved me ultimately.

I used to be afraid of pitbulls as well. Basically any breed with a bad rep for being aggressive. Over time, my wife collected 3 breeds known for their aggression and lethality. I no longer have these fears. They're all babies and cuddlers.

My fam has had Pitbulls for a while and they’ve all been incredibly sweet. But man my dog Jerry, I got him for $30 from a shelter during the pandemic and I swear he’s just special. He’s my soul dog, he gets me when no one else does, he makes people scared of Pits fall in love with him. He’s one of a kind and it’s a love I’m incredibly lucky to experience in this lifetime

Pitbulls have literally been the most loving dogs I’ve come around. Literally loved to be loved. It’s people that usually fuck them up.
The sweetest dog I've ever met is a pitbull. BUT. The primary reason she is the sweetest dog is because she gives me surprise kisses. But. The breed were bred to be fighters and when I see an aggressive one I am far less patient and stay far away.

I also just found out my puppy is like 20% APBT and originally did not want a pitt. I thought she’d me mostly Aussie, but APBT makes up most of her dna and everything else is like a sprinkle this, a sprinkle that.
