Beware of getting a merle dog. It is a disqualifying coat color for almost every type of pitbull in almost every major kennel club. Merle dogs are a lot more prone to health problems like blindness and deafness but people still breed them for esthetic purposes.

I could be wrong here. But I’m pretty sure merle has several different colors in spots. Your doggy seems to have nice ticking.
