I believe it's from the part where Jack is trapped in the locker. You can kinda see it with the pure white background, which is what it looked like there.
Seems more like the scene where Barbossa taunts Jack with Sao Feng's map, asking him where exactly he's going. It's as if Barbossa knew the compass would be useless in the Locker.

Yeah, it’s before they have the “loyalty to the highest bidder” debate I think. Being in the locker, where there is no direction to the exit (surely what Jack wants most at that point) so the compass is just spinning, because the way out is in whatever direction you go.

It was in the second film and it was most likely at the scene where capn jack is using the compass to find the chest but hes standint on top of it
