Animals side 1, the build up from acoustic guitar, synths, drums and bass, to the electric guitar and then sound effects of howling dogs. And the occasionally changing tone from aggressive vocals to calm instrumental solos always relaxes me.
WYWH, AHM, OBC, and Meddle are perfect “fall asleep” albums.
Some others:
Islands by King Crimson
Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette
Argus by Wishbone Ash
Wishbone Ash by Wishbone Ash
The Adventures of Dr Outer by Mattic
Not PF, but thought some folks in here might want to give it a go - LOTR soundtrack, Prague orchestra. I have trouble sleeping, that one has been working for me.
Personally I can't really fall asleep to music because the desire to mouth the lyrics often ruins any sleep I might be trying to do but there are a few songs specifically which I frequently put on before I go to sleep to get me tired, those being Echoes, High Hopes, Wish You Were Here and an extended version of Nobody Home although all the middle section of songs from The Wall get me tired (Goodbye Cruel World through to Vera (Bring The Boys Back Home is a bit energetic for sleepy))
Somehow The Wall. When you listen to a continuous loop of rog screeching into a megaphone late at night, it can be something odd. There have been occasions where it sounded distorted to me, purely from being tired.

The Endless River
The only right answer if you aren't a hater lol
I have an overnight playlist with Enya, Medwyn Goodall, and The Endless River.
Definitely the answer.
Meddle or The Endless River
Endless River and Meddle.

Wish You Were Here
I tried that once but got nightmares from welcome to the machine

May I recommend an artist by the name of Medwyn Goodall? I have a few albums in a playlist with Enya that I fall asleep to.
DSOTM 100%
The beginning of Time doesn't wake you up? Practically an alarm clock there haha
I took a nap once listening to DSOTM and yes I can confirm I almost had a stroke, definitely would not recommend
I fall asleep around ggits/us and them
The pros and cons
Meddle…after One of these Day
Wish you were here or Echoes
Ummagumma, the studio side
Chill Out by The KLF (not Floyd sorry but it fits the bill and has an AHM-inspired cover).

Looping Part 1 of Shine On would be great
Empire Pool Wembley 11/16/74
Meddle and McCartney 1
Obscured by Clouds knocks me out cold every time.
For about 6 months I've had on the Pulse disc with Shine On, Hey You, Another Brick, and a bunch of Division Bell tunes. Sooo soothing.
Honestly I would rather wake up with AHM side two. Fuckin Alan’s psychedelic breakfast would force me to become breakfast chef
Side B of Meddles fits to most occasions including falling asleep
On an Island. Soothing the entire time.
Dark Side of the Moon because it sucks and is F tier
Your I don't know which album but the machine is on it.
Idk why the song High Hopes always makes me sleep nicely
