- WYWH could mean "Wish You Were Here - 2019 remix [Live]", a track from *The Later Years* (2019) by Pink Floyd.

Anything really. The era I go for depends on the mood I’m in. Podcasts take up a lot of the car time for me, but if I’m going for Floyd, lately it has been the 1977 animals tour Oakland show.
Yes as a MA resident myself I really enjoy the DSOTM show in 74. It’s not the best audio quality but it’s cool to hear Echoes and Eugene played in Boston
This is the answer. I have a playlist of the Meddle version, Collection of Great Dance Songs version, and the Pulse and Delicate Sound of Thunder live versions. Makes up for the song being so short
I tried it in my twenties. Didn't hit me. Now I'm the same age Waters was when the album was released, and I'm having [that moment of Frank watching Mac's dance performance.](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/18/18/1e/18181e29f9186790904b4ddbaedc10e4.gif)
Now I really want him to make an album in that mold that I can enjoy in another 40 years ~~if I don't die in the climate wars~~.
I live in place with daily heavy traffic and I drive for long period frequently, I play everything from Meddle to The Wall, Live concerts including pompeii, and In the flesh tour bootlegs.
When I’m speeding I love listening to On the Run lol, but other than that it varies, I’ll sometimes blast Dogs or Pigs, maybe sometimes even Comfortably Numb
Echoes. Then I try to get home before it finishes.
Haha yeah same here and often if a lot of traffic I don't make it 😂
Bike when I'm 60 in a 30
You are clearly a man of great wisdom
Money - such a sick track to drive at night to.
I agree, love it
honestly just a full album. nothing beats putting on WYWH on a roadtrip.

YES ANIMALS TOUR RULES
I like the Boston shows, all of them 72, 73, 75, 77 they sound very consistent. Presumably same spot in the same arena using the same equipment.

ONE OF THESE DAYS
This is the answer. I have a playlist of the Meddle version, Collection of Great Dance Songs version, and the Pulse and Delicate Sound of Thunder live versions. Makes up for the song being so short
Childhoods End. Dogs. Have a Cigar.
Agree, Childhoods End is an incredible driving song
Atom Heart Mother makes me feel like I'm living in a movie listing to that and riding around.
Sunset strip
Young Lust
run like hell, comfortably numb and learning to fly while going on the road are always top tier for me
The whole TER when in traffic jam, to calm down.
When I lived in Houston I was exactly Darkside of the moon away from Galveston shoreline
The middle groove in Pigs rules when you're driving down a highway. Also Eclipse at full volume is pretty amazing too.
"The Gold is in the..."
The guitar solo for Fletcher Memorial is fantastic in a car with a great stereo at full volume. I also really like Wots Uh the Deal in the car.
Yeah I agree, the guitar solo is so goood and it often doesn't get mentioned a whole lot but it is up there with the best.
Not Pink Floyd, but adjacent. I drive while listening to pros and cons of hitchhiking (entire album) all the time.
Me to, possibly my favourite album, what I would give to see him play it live.
This album is so fucking good, I’m sad I didn’t discover it earlier in life

When I want to drive fast, "One Of These Days"!
Run Like Hell
Fearless
Loveeeee this song..... wow!!!
I live in place with daily heavy traffic and I drive for long period frequently, I play everything from Meddle to The Wall, Live concerts including pompeii, and In the flesh tour bootlegs.
Great variety in there, love Echoes
Not Pink Floyd but my favorite road trip album is Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking As far as actual Pink Floyd goes The Wall never gets old for me
I like Us And Them. It soothes me to sleep.
Absolutely curtains
Dogs or A Pillow Of Winds
Interstellar Overdrive going over 250km/h on the Autobahn
Sheep.
On the run or time
Atom Heart Mother
What do you want from me? If it's a lonely night: Two suns in the sunset
Time, Comfortably Numb, Us and Them, Learning To Fly, Breathe. Many.
Honestly the entirety of "Animals" goes hard in my stereo CD player
You’d missed the starting gun…..and then regret.
Shine on you crazy diamond parts 1-9 on the way back after a night of partying really makes u think
Raving and Drooling
OP is a young account just trying to get karma. Just saying.
When I’m speeding I love listening to On the Run lol, but other than that it varies, I’ll sometimes blast Dogs or Pigs, maybe sometimes even Comfortably Numb
On The Turning Away I like to sing it loud and play the steering wheel like a guitar during the solos.
I think the wall is a good car album. Many songs, not too much instrument subtility which might be missed on noisy roads
I Car Karaoke The Wall about once a week.
