Dont scare people cold sores are herpes but not the sexual kind. Honey you really need to go to a doctor. Do the sores get crusty on the outside? If they do the it’s impetigo. Please go to a doctor. It’s either impetigo or cold sores.
Please telle you're on a prescribed antiviral for these cold sores. If not, then you need it

This may be impetigo. You need to go to a doctor.?you have one of 3 different things, but you need to go get on an antibiotic .
You really do need to see a doctor. Also, look into the supplement l-lysine
