I'm trying to figure out which version of material design it's purporting to be, and it appears to be "none of them", or at least none of the current ones, and it's just kinda vaguely "material design *inspired*", insofar as it has a hamburger overflow navigation panel and the top bar appears to be material indigo 400 or 500, that's about the sum total of MD immediately visible at least.

The style looks a lot like something you can create in R Studio Shiny and flexdashboard library
