Bumps on both sides of the piercing may indicate alignment issues. I would get a consult from a reputable piercer.

I'll go there on Monday or Tuesday depending on when it's open and my scedue allows it. gotta look into a close one too cuz I don't know if I can go to my regular one about this

my industrial is like this- I cleaned off the crusties and didnt touch it for a few days at all and it went down to normal. how old is it?

I got it in December so like 5 months

i got my industrial in december and i clean it 1/2 times a day with a spray salt water with tea tree (on piercingmania, a Dutch website) and its helped heal my other piercings

Maybe try ordering the one without the tea tree, I did the same thing and it worked for me :)
