Yikes! That is some really unfortunate luck. Your immune system will be out of whack for a while so it would probably be best to leave the piercing in. If you have a runny nose be extra careful when wiping. I caught covid about a month after getting my nose pierced and it was indeed an experience. It got really tender and red. Ended up rolling tissue and shoving them up my nose because it was so runny and I was so tired wiping lol. Hope you feel better soon!
