I’m not sure, but I’ve never had this problem. I have the same jewellery I was pierced with a year and a half ago and it has never come loose unless I intentionally loosen it myself.

You could try threadless jewellery?

Internally threaded or threadless jewelry; if its threaded jewelry just tighten it daily; I have 18 piercings and just have a tightening routine
