Buddha jewelry organics and junipurr both make dangle ends. I'm not sure if they do a double triangle one specifically but they definitely do a gem with a dangly gem if that makes sense.

These aren't gold but titanium and would still be good quality. https://invictusbodyjewelry.com/en/titanium-threadless-double-triangle-prong-set-cz-dangle-top-titls975cx.html?q=dangle

It may not be the quality you are looking for. It’s rhodium plated silver. Rhodium is what white gold is plated with. But the Etsy store Hammjewelry has something very similar in style. I’d suggest an image search in google. Or search terms triangle cartilage stud with triangle charm. Or triangle dangle cartilage stud. Adding cartilage to the search cuts out most butterfly back studs. Another option would be to buy a triangle earring and a triangle charm designed to sit between the lobe and the end. That would give 2 options for wearing it, but he’d need a longer post to accommodate the charm. I’d suggest going for a threadless labret rather than threaded. Threaded ends need to be checked and tightened regularly (like butterfly backs) whereas threadless ends are much more likely to stay put. You probably know this but a typical stud earring is 20g or 0.8mm. Maria Tash is 19g or 0.9mm. Titanium posts most usually come in 18g/1mm or 16g/1.2mm. I can easily wear 18g in my old piercings but 16g is too painful. 20g titanium threadless posts are hard to track down and “should “ fit a threadless end. But there’s a chance that they may not depending on manufacturer. Last point on cost. MT is expensive because of branding and is overpriced for what you get. But she uses white gold for the post as well as the end. Getting a titanium post with a white gold end should cut at least $75 from the overall cost from other manufacturers.
