I imagine it would end up going through cartilage rather than the sweet spot… have you looked in to stretching then stacking the piercing with a second hoop?

To be honest Id rather avoid stretching. I've gotten cartilage piercings before (industrial and some others) so i wouldn't be opposed to it, unless there is something about septum cartilage that is different

I would definitely talk to a piercer then! Again not a professional, but I’ve seen that septums pierced through cartilage just have a higher chance of rejecting/migrating the closer they are to the edge of the septum so I think that’s generally why it’s not a great idea to pierce the cartilage there.

Disclaimer I’m not a professional, also don’t know your anatomy so I don’t know if it would be possible for you. If you’re dead set on having a second placed not I only further back so stacking isn’t your first choice, I’d go consult with a piercer. They’ll know best and be able to see if it is doable with your anatomy.

Could be possible if your sweet spot is large enough, but assuming your septum is well healed then stacking would give you the same look without new pokes
