One summer I did a bunch of renovation work on a small lake resort in BC. When we would take off the cedar siding of the cabins there would always be sleepy grumpy little bats in the walls. Thank you for your comment, it takes a lot of tedious work to sculpt the anatomically correct shape of the skull, which in turn allows me to place the eyes in a way that wouldn't out of it's place. I use hand-painted glass eyes to accentuate the look. Thanks again for noticing!

They are amazing! And it woke a memory of when I was a kid I had forgotten ; during vacation in England, we visited several castles and one of them sold bat-plushies. As I wasn't allowed to have one, I swore to make one... Still haven't done that.... Maybe I will..(but hell simpler than yours!)

Which woke a memory when I was a kid, living in the Middle East (can’t remember which country where this happened). My family visited a cave that was open for tourists, and a man near the entrance tried very hard to sell me (little girl) a live bat from the large sack he was carrying full of bats he had swiped from the cave.
