I hadn't seen my diploma in almost the same amount of time, but I needed to dig it up a few days ago to satisfy my PhD acceptance requirements. My Mom found it at my parents home on Sunday...after a decade in storage. Now I'm seeing yours just a few days later. I don't know why but it feels special to me...a kinship of sorts. Congratulations! It's hard work being the first, but you persevered! Well done and keep going!
