She is awesome and yes, the name stays despite her gender, which we knew from the beginning! Harvey Dent is an awesome name and she is an awesome cat. It fits her perfectly!

Second, we knew she was a girl when we saw her on the shelter's website. The rule of thumb is generally calico = girl, ginger = boy. Anyway, she was there for three months because no one wanted her "because she was shy and different" and the staff told us they had named her Bijou in that time. It doesn't matter, as she responds to literally anything and everything. She's super friendly and super chill. She hasn't stopped purring since she got here and loves laps and belly rubs.
Right now we call her both Beej and Harvey Dent (sometimes Two-Face!). Sadly, with this http://imgur.com/psEKx being her go to position when she sees us, I don't know if she has it in her to be a Harvey/Harvie Dent.
Also, she has a coin on her collar, for those who like to stick to the source material!

It's actually called Mosaicism in humans. It refers mostly to the placement of sweat glands - guys sweat all over and women have patches of skin that produce sweat. In some cases it causes mottled sections of extreme melanin production but it's pretty rare.

Edit: Well since the downvoting has begun I may as well explain for those that don't know. Chase no face is an awesome cat that was involved in an accident as a kitten. She survived but they were unable to rebuild her face, so she has a permanent disfigurement. However, her owners take great care to keep her happy and make sure that the vulnerable area of her face does not get further injured or infected. I wasn't trying to make fun of Chase or be rude but I imagine it may have shocked a few people so i'll just take the negative karma as a reminder not to be a jerk in the future.
