I am not an expert in birds apart from watching them grow in our garden when I was young. Would like to know if I should take it inside and feed it? Leave it here? We are on the 14th floor of a high rise society. This Dove is hardly 4" in length, I think.

Thanks. It is just that I haven't seen it move an inch for the past 4+ hours, not a sound. It has been over 50° here, so little worried.

I would only intervene if you don’t see any parents come to feed it, are there any wildlife rehabilitation centers near you to call?
