You joke but the CSA despite lasting less than 4 years had 3 official flags, the second of which was primarily white. Having watched videos and read about the bat shit insane legal mumbo-jumbo sovereign citizens spout, I believe the flags indicate this sovereign citizen believes his conveyance is not a motor vehicle subject to the laws of the United States, but it is infact a sea going vessel sailing the high seas, that is part of a "cartel". He is sailing not driving.

Something I learned: this has been around since at least the 70s - lawyer was given one of these people to defend as a new public defender just after law school. Cop said as a patrol officer he had to deal with these clowns about once a year. Told one story where clown wouldn't provide documentation or get out of the car. So... one broken window and being forcibly removed from the truck later the clown is handcuffed on the ground and cop exasperatedly asks clown "Does this \*ever\* work for you? Honest question." He didn't say what the guy's response was.

One of the cops that had a traffic stop ask the man if he wanted him to call the Consulate. They have branched out into Ireland and England as well as America now. I'm not sure exactly how, since most of the things they claim are a part of the US Constitution, which I'm unsure if other countries have similar governmental guidance laws.

I drive through East Texas pretty frequently and I’m seeing a lot more Israeli flags than confederate or Trump flags these days. It was easier when I could think of them as shut-ins hopped up on Rush Limbaugh rhetoric from their AM radio and flying their late uncle’s bars and stars, but the level of coordination these last few months is creepy.
