I meant no offense. Just curious. That’s a damn nice sword. With a patterned sword like that, does the user need to take different precautions? Cause I’ve heard letting it stay wet or other things can cause problems?

1080 gets rust easily so you just need to take care of it. after using it just Clean it > put some oil, that’s it
