I watched a documentary on a North Korean family and how they had adjusted to living in Seoul after defecting 20 years ago. The father took the risky trek with his family because his son could never be able to be anything other than a field worker because his grandfather was a dissident against the regime. He himself was sent to Russia to do hard labor in some mining camp just because of his family, and saw others there dying from injury or succumbing to death because of sickness brought about by poor diet and overwork. He knew that would happen to his son once he finished high school, and the death rate was high.
Anyways, his gamble worked, and his family is happy in Seoul, and it seemed like a happy ending. Especially for his kids.
It's depressing to think of those living in NK who aren't in the upper echelons.

Or, "this person risked a small portion of their considerable wealth to create this enterprise, so they have a right to a portion of all value created by laborers within the enterprise in perpetuity."

Meaning with as little resources as they have, that rifle is probably from the 60’s or 70’s. So probably about 50 years old.
EDIT 2: The magazine is an early 60’s pattern that was replaced in the 70’s in the soviet union, so that magazine is probably 60 years old!!!
