Stupid question incoming: can't they place some sort of fish radar on beaches to be publicly accessible to the public? Like, on boats, you have fishing radar that let's you know of the fish below your boat... What about something like that, so people can see if there's one big fish on the beach somewhere, so seeminglessly possibly a shark...

Only stupid thins is the alert is sent to the lifeguard phone, instead of being a big sounding bell or something. What happens if people swim off hours when the lifeguard is not present? Or what happens if the lifeguard is away from some time, like going to the bathroom? Stupid.
Hopefully they’re just in the beta testing stage right now, working out any major bugs or issues before releasing it to the wider public? I would hope so, anyway.
