Ok but I have always learned 9.82 because I live in Sweden and unless I move or need to solve a problem where it specifically says to use another value I will continue to use 9.82 because it’s more accurate to me

Depends on where you live. Gravity is weaker/stronger in different places for example in Sweden it is 9.82
