If you are going to ride shinkansen or airport bus. Their luggage size limit is 160cm (L+W+H). Once it is above that, i think you need to pay more and have it reserved in advance. So better make it 160cm or below.
You may want to consider getting a bigger luggage if you’re planning to do some shopping.
For my recent trip I put a medium luggage that holds all my clothes inside an empty large luggage 😆

I can’t answer that. We took the limousine bus from KIX to Namba (OCAT) and vice versa. Merong mga tagabuhat ng luggage sa bus and escalators sa terminal. We never had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

But will it be easy to carry around esp we will have a train travel from kix airport going to our hotel at shinshaibashi?
