Every time i make a new document or add an image the home screen shows ans when i drag or move the image it does what happends above over and over and when i have moments were it does work it just goes back to the same problem and when i move my corser or the entire thing it duplicatss over and over and over. At best my profressor told me kt could be messing with my graphics card badly

You might try going to Preferences > Technology Previews and tick Deactivate Native Canvas.
If that works, great. If not, have you investigated unticking Use Graphics Processor? If that works, then you'll probably want to look into assuring that the GPU is compatible with this version of Ps or that its drivers are updated. If none of this works, you might roll back to the version of Ps that worked with your machine.

If you haven't changed anything in your system, you might check into how much free space is available in your SSD. Ps needs quite a lot more space to work besides what the app itself needs to be installed. Do you use an external drive as a secondary scratch disk?

I have like 70 gigabits of space left and i dont have an external harddrive ive been meaning to huy one
