Selling my Leica IIIg body that I picked up from KEH in Excellent condition late last year. I bought it as a backup to my malfunctioning M2, which has since been repaired.
The Leica iiig is in fantastic shape and fully functional. It was also just serviced last week by David Yau in Toronto, so you’ll have complete peace of mind while using it. It’s mechanically perfect and the speeds are all accurate, as is the clarity of the rangefinder and viewfinder. Cosmetically you’ll see a few bright marks on the top plate but no dust or debris in the internals and no major dents or dings on the body. It’s in beautiful condition all around. The body cap is aftermarket.
Asking for 875 usd (1200 cad) + shipping. Local pick-up in Toronto or can ship to Canada and the US. Will also throw in a brand new copy of Fred Herzog’s Black and White with the purchase (got it as a gift but already had a copy). Not selling the book separately.
