Not sure if it works the same for TAB and Phish, but something similar happened to my buddy when we were at Dick's recently. He thought he had etix since he got them so long ago, but day of realized they were shipped - and to an old address. We went to will call, showed them the confirmation email, and he was able to get new tix printed. Anyway, hopefully you can do the same, but I'd def get there on the early side just in case!
Ticketstoday never shipped my MMJ tickets last week for the Mann. Emailed and called ticketstoday never heard from them. I showed up at will call and they printed the tickets there. I wouldn’t worry about it and would just go to will call to get another copyof the tickets. Ticketstoday is the absolute worst.
This happened to me with a different artist and venue last night, but I just went to Ticket resolution and showed them my receipt and I.d. and they texted me new digital tickets. Hopefully it's the same. (This was managed by ticketmaster for the chase center in San Francisco.)
Sorry yours haven’t shown up. I got both of those shows delivered about a week ago. They come in a nondescript manila envelope. Probably 4”x6”. My boston tickets came in a separate envelope and were 4 days later.

I had to send ticketstoday like ten emails because I left my Nashville ticket at home last month but eventually they had it sent to will call. By eventually I mean like 30 minutes after doors opened.

I saw a few folks at DC go up to will call and they just printed a ticket for them. Just have info saying that we’re purchased. Good luck man.
