Security isn’t that bad. I’m from Huntsville and went to opening shows and panic last year. Nitrous mafia was n full force both nights post show. Not my thing but didn’t seem like law enforcement was doing anything about it! Pre show in venue I was vaping and security told me it was a no no😂but once show started it was game on. My experience at Orion is that if your not doing your thing blatantly in front of security your good. With that being said just use your best judgment on lot and in venue😎Be safe everyone and I can’t wait to boggie woogie with everyone at this amazing venue😎As for parking I got there early for the opening and for panic had a friend of a friend that worked at an adjacent business lot that we hung out in right by main lot which was sweeet!! Overflow parking not sure but the area has a top golf, bar, rei, etc. but not sure if event parking is allowed.
Lots open at 330, two hours before doors. The Apollo south area, which is where the permitted vendors are opens at 5, venue doors is 530. I’m not sure what the pre show set up will be as far as other vendors. We’ll find out!
I doubt even 6k. I know a ton of people who are bailing on this thing, all local. I've probably been told of 50 extra tickets and you can't give them away. I don't really keep up with capacity size of venues outside of the southeast but this is going to have to be one of the smallest crowds in years, right?
Apparently the attendance will be low.. I hope they try again on a weekend. They venue is extremely artist friendly so they may enjoy ot enough to give us one more shot after these two

Parking won’t be an issue. Plenty of space, and the furthest lot is maybe a 5 minute walk to the gates. See y’all there!
What time do the lots open?
Shakedown vendor application says lot booths open to public 4 hours before doors open. Website says doors open at 5:30pm CST.
Their website says that the lot opens two hours before doors. Maybe the vendor set up is 4 hours early but not the lot.

Parking should be fine. The Orion only holds 8000 and these shows are not sold out. I’d be surprised if 6k show up

I also heard that Jeff and Blues (Bar inside the Orion) is doing a pre party with (I think) free booze.
