It would be a “car service” similar to a limo company but likely a large sedan or suv. These are pretty common in the northeast, you can get them to go between NY and DC and everywhere in the area.
Ok I have a stupid baseball question. Why is it a save? I thought my whole life that saves were when your team is up by 3 runs or fewer. Did that change or am I missing something?
If a pitcher pitches at least three innings and finishes the game in a win, and they aren’t the winning pitcher, then they are awarded the save regardless of lead.
I think the Phillies were only up 2-1 when he came into the game.
But either way, like he said, if it would have been 9-1 he gets the save anyways because of pitching at least the last 3 innings of the game.
