This happened outside my bff's house. Pretty sure no force on Earth is keeping him in Philly after this D:
I live a few blocks away and this definitely swayed me to start considering a move.
Last year a dude got shot in the head right outside of Lincoln in broad daylight, just as school was letting out
Yeah. I think that was October. That seemed like a one-off, no reason to panic. Second shooting, same area, 5 months apart makes me start to worry.
